These policies explain the current request process. Your written confirmation controls the final service details.
Requests and confirmation
A submitted form, phone call or text is a request—not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Hermi Luxe Hair accepts the date, service, preparation requirements and total price in writing.
Pricing
Website prices are starting points. Size, length, density, design, detangling, takedown, wash/blow-dry, specialty curls, extension hair and mobile travel may change the total. Any deposit requirement and accepted payment method will be stated before confirmation.
Preparation
Unless your confirmation includes preparation, arrive with hair clean, detangled and fully dry. Hair requirements vary by service; purchase extension hair only after the type, amount and color are confirmed.
Timing and changes
Appointment times are estimates and may vary with hair density, length and the requested finish. If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, contact Hermi Luxe Hair as early as possible. Any service-specific change or cancellation terms will be provided with confirmation.
Mobile service
Mobile availability depends on distance, schedule, access, parking and a suitable work area. The starting travel fee is separate from the hair service. The service address is collected during confirmation and is not published.
